Nterio delivered the show suite at First & Jasper — a contemporary commercial space designed to inspire prospective tenants and demonstrate what a finished, high-performance interior can feel like.
Set on the 14th floor in downtown Edmonton, the suite balances bold accents, rich textures, and inviting finishes with carefully integrated lighting that defines collaborative zones, highlights architectural details, and reinforces the space's warm, sophisticated atmosphere.
Our team used digital modelling to plan the layout and specify every component before a single piece was manufactured. Walls, rooms, and furnishing elements were precision-built off-site and delivered ready to install, compressing the on-site schedule significantly and minimizing disruption to the active building.
The result is a refined workplace environment that showcases what Nterio delivers: precision-built commercial interiors, faster and with less waste than conventional construction.
